Every project begins with an in home consultation. This time is used to get to know the client and discuss the vision and creative options for your home. The consultation is $150 for the first hour, and $50 for each additional half-hour. A standard consultation typically takes one hour to 90 minutes to complete.
shopping services
A designer will personally shop for your home with careful consideration for your preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Any furnishings and decor elements needed to complete your home design will be purchased directly by or billed to the client. Shopping hours will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour.

Bring it all together and transform your home! The amount of time required to complete a redesign will vary based on the size of the home and the number of rooms to be designed. Design execution hours will be billed at a rate of $175 per hour.

Staged homes spend less time on the market than vacant homes. Staging consultations are billed at $150 per hour to complete an exterior and interior home evaluation.
The designer will redesign agreed upon rooms with existing client furnishings to emphasize the views, architecture, and square footage of the home. Occupied Staging hours will be billed at a rate of $175 per hour. Any additional furnishings required to complete the staging will be purchased directly by or billed to the client.

Choosing the right furnishings and fixtures is only part of the process. Selecting the right colors, textures, and lighting to create a well balanced room are equally important. Consultations for fabric, lighting, and other customizations are available and billed at a rate of $100 per hour upon completion of an introductory design consultation.

For clients outside of the greater Cincinnati area, standard mileage rates will apply.
All payments are due at time of services rendered. A 25% interest charge will be added for any invoices due past 14 days of services rendered.
